The pantry

Al Feralut's cooking grows from a direct relationship with the valley's producers, many of whom farm organically. The menu follows the seasons and brings Carnia's own ingredients to the table, sourced right here in the valley.

The setting

Two wooden dining rooms, one on the ground floor with the bar counter and one in the attic under the beams, plus a garden with outdoor tables for summer evenings. A cosy, family atmosphere.
