Who handles your data
The data controller is Amont S.r.l., Via Vidrina di Chialina 31, 33025 Ovaro (UD), Italy, tax and VAT number IT03180930301, the company that runs Zoncolan Camping Caravan. For any request about your data, write to info@zoncolancampingcaravan.it or to the certified address amont@peccert.com.
What data we collect
When you write to us through the contact form we collect your name, email, your phone number when you choose to share it, and your message.
When you book online, the booking is completed on the secure page of our management system and collects the details of your stay: first and last name, contact details, dates, accommodation and guests. Payment details go straight to the payment provider and never stop with us.
On arrival we record the identity documents of our guests, as Italian law requires of every place to stay.
What we use it for
We use the data to answer your enquiries, manage your booking and stay, issue tax documents and meet our legal duties: reporting guests to the police through the Alloggiati Web service, regional tourism statistics and the tourist tax, where the municipality applies one.
The legal basis is your request and the accommodation contract; for legal duties, the law itself. The site's statistics and marketing tools start only with your consent, as the cookie policy explains.
Who we share it with
To run the site and our services we rely on providers that process data on our behalf, as data processors: HighLevel Inc. (LeadConnector), which hosts the site and the contact list; Webcoom S.r.l., provider of the Scidoo management system and its booking page; Haragei Marketing di Paulich Andrea, which looks after the site and communication for us; the payment providers shown on the booking page.
HighLevel is based in the United States and transfers data with the safeguards set out by the European Regulation, such as standard contractual clauses. We pass data to the authorities only when the law requires it. Your data stays yours: no selling to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries from the form stay in the contact list for 24 months after the last contact, then we delete them. Booking data and tax documents are kept for 10 years, as the law requires. Guest registrations follow the periods set by public safety rules.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive a copy or object to its processing, by writing to the contacts above. To lodge a complaint you can contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or the authority in your own country.
